Hip Society British Traveling Fellowship

The Hip Society is now accepting applications from US and Canadian Orthopaedic Surgeons for the 2008 Hip Society British Traveling Fellowship.  Two applicants will be chosen to travel to selected hip centers in the United Kingdom for a period of 3-4 weeks in September of 2008. 

The Fellowship is limited to surgeons focusing their practice on hip surgery (e.g., pediatrics, trauma, adult reconstruction, osteotomy, minimally invasive surgery) and less than 40 years of age.  Documentation of interest in advancing hip surgery (publications, research, presentations) is required.  Preference will be given to those no more than three years following fellowship training.

Deadline for application submission is November 1, 2007.
